FABRICE EPSTEIN
Fabrice Epstein is registered at the Paris Bar since 2007.
He specializes in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business litigation.
As former “Secrétaire de la Conférence des Avocats du Barreau de Paris”, he regularly assists clients in business litigation, including criminal matters.
Before co-founding SAUL ASSOCIES, Fabrice Epstein previously worked at Brandford-Griffith & Associés and Sekri Valentin Zerrouk.
He is a graduate of ESSEC business school and holds a Master in International Private Law (University of Paris II Assas).
Fabrice Esptein also teaches eloquence and rhetoric classes at ESSEC and ESCP as well as ECE.
Finally, Fabrice Esptein cofounded in 2014 Saul Factory, a new cluster where businessmen are provided with legal, account and technological advice for free.
