Sylvie Chandesris is registered at the Paris Bar since 2011.
She specialises in commercial real estate and construction law.
She has developed niche expertise in advising data centre sector players at every stage of the asset lifecycle: site securing, administrative consents, construction and post-RFS operations.
She advises clients on real estate matters with a strong focus on energy and ESG challenges: environmental performance, decarbonisation and reporting, and contractual solutions tailored to investor expectations.
Sylvie also advises across transactional real estate, construction law, real estate finance and asset management, covering all asset classes: offices, retail, logistics, hospitality and data centres.
She has practised at both French and international firms (Fairway, K&L Gates, Addleshaw Goddard) and holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Paris Dauphine.
